SARELLE ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY is an independent multi-disciplinary consultancy in the Philippines. It is founded in 1998 by Ms. Ella D. Vicente, an International Transport Economist and Engr. Cesario C. Vicente, a Traffic/Transport Expert who have led the firm up to the present.  SARELLE offers a wide range of professional engineering and socio economic development services.

SARELLE CONSULT’s strength is providing professional services for pre-investment studies of roads, expressway, bridges, airports and ports; transport and traffic engineering and; economic and development research.  SARELLE utilizes its expertise and industry-leading tools to assess the viability of potential projects, identify any potential challenges, and provide recommendations for the best course of action.
